Job description: The Client Services team has various areas of responsibility, from monitoring and managing large datacentre installations, setting up advanced solutions while maintaining relationships with our clients. You are expected to handle ad-hoc basis client queries. This position is both technical and business-focused, which will allow the candidate a great opportunity to learn the full life-cycle of advanced global financial trading and will allow the candidate to apply basic knowledge of the global financial markets. The successful candidate will be given full product training.

Areas of Responsibility: Support, monitor, and operate our live trading platforms in a global, 24/5 team Monitor and optimize our many B2B bank and client lines Configure and roll out technical solutions for clients Coordinate with our Operations team on risk management and trade reconciliation Setting up client accounts in various systems in accordance with client requests and specifications Assist and support Global Sales team with closing business Training of clients in various systems and solutions Monitoring and managing risk and exposure using internal and external trading platforms Requirements: Experience; Entry-level and above Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/IT or similar General understanding of network, windows, and Microsoft office Proficient in Excel Excellent spoken and written English Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, and innovative Flexibility to work outside normal hours, and at short notice Previous experience in FIX protocol language, MetaQuotes software, and knowledge of FX/CFD/Commodities markets is highly advantageous Bilingual ability is highly desirable (Eg. Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa)
