Paragraph Senior Finance Assistant Hours: Monday to Friday 9. 00am to 5. 30pm Possibility of 1 – 2 days working from home after training Start Date: ASAP Key responsibilities: You will be responsible for month end closing, preparing full set of accounts and submitting management reports to Headquarter and you will use SAP daily so experience in this is essential. You will manage the Sales Ledger, maintain accounts and verify and post transactions.
You will also balance accounts on a day to day or week to week basis, prepare weekly payment run and you will liaise with clients, suppliers, banking contracts and headquarters. You will manage and file relevant documentation and ensure the completion of balance sheet reconciliations. The role will also include inventory management and this will involve the quarterly stock take and production of stock analysis and supporting colleagues to clear ageing stock. The position also includes sales performance analysis and reporting, management of the audit process and liaison with external personnel.
You will assist Auditors with year end statutory accounts and be responsible for management of cashflow, VAT returns and review PAYE Payroll. Ideal Candidate: ACCA qualified is preferred and relevant experience is required. Highly computer literate with experience of accounting packages. SAP essential Proficiency in Excel e.
