Key Responsibilities Effectively market and promote properties for sale Arranging and conducting viewings with prospective buyers and manage clients across all price ranges both in completed homes and on site Manage sales to exchange and completion of contracts through influencing, persuading and negotiating whilst giving best, professional advice to clients at all times Lead generation from regular call-outs, emails and networking Have a strong knowledge of the schemes across the UK and Europe that Savills are marketing and cross sell applicants and maintain an awareness of competing schemes in area and trends in the local property market Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities in a proactive manner both internally and externally Liaise with Savills overseas office i.e. Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia etc. and facilitate sales throughout Full use of REAPIT and/or client equivalent CRM system including maintaining records with 100% accuracy Reporting; produce reports to enable targeted prospecting and providing internal/client progress reports as required Follow and adhere to health and safety procedures at all times In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time including occasional weekend and evening work for new homes launches and manning of development sites / sales office (time off in lieu will be provided). Key Skills Experience Experience of new homes, on-site sales is advantageous Experience in the property sector is essential Skills and Knowledge Confident to deal with clients at all management levels Confident and proficient in dealing with applicants and sellers with excellent client care skills Strong ability to influence and negotiate Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships Strong team player: builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility Adaptable and flexible with a proven ability to multi-task, take responsibility and follow through on commitments Good IT skills on Word, Excel, CRM / database systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organisational and prioritising skills Excellent attention to detail Mandarin speaking is essential with Cantonese speaking preferred Team Overview London-based China team specialise in providing Chinese clients and customers through the process of purchasing and selling their ideal properties in the UK, as well as providing the level of service, property advice and expertise customers have come to expect from the team.
