Job Purpose: To provide a professional and efficient service to all prospective and current customers and to secure the required profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets and an excellent customer experience in accordance with the commitments and ambitions of our vision To support the Sales manager in the sales activity across the development, assisting in devising and implementing a sales strategy in order to achieve profitable sales, through a competent sales team and supporting agents and provide reports and presentations to the senior management team as and when required. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Achieve and exceed profitable sales targets by excelling in selling skill, demonstrating the highest levels of essential knowledge to perform the role and delivering exceptional service behaviour to all customers Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism at all times and with everyone you comes into contact with Create and maintain rewarding relationships with all customers, agents and introducers; face to face, on the phone, by email, WeChat and WhatsApp. Maintain presentation the sales office and all surrounding areas, show/view homes and all facilities for customers to the highest standard. Provide exceptional customer service to all you come into contact with Proactively manage every customer so each customer is more than very satisfied with the service they receive Represent the brand to the highest professional standards of business at all times by setting and upholding the highest standards of presentation in all a customer sees, hears and feels Control and check all documentation required to ensure consumer code compliance.

Liaise with the project and customer service departments as required Proactively work to devise and suggest new marketing ideas to drive new lead generation for the development. Liaising with buyer, agencies and client solicitors to ensure deadlines are met and queries answered Assist and support Marketing teams in the preparation of onsite/offsite events for Chinese and international markets Work at weekends on a rota basics Technical Competencies: Sales or Property industry experience is preferred. Native Mandarin speaking or Cantonese (speaking, reading and typing), Fluent English. IT literate: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

Comfortable with conducting virtual appointments for the development via Zoom and alternative applications.
