Salary up to 35,000 basic, up to 60,000 realistic OTE (uncapped) Job Description: We are looking for a Mandarin speaking Core Account Executive (Cantonese advantageous but not essential) with fantastic relationship-building skills to join our team in London initially on maternity cover, with the potential to join on a permanent basis. The successful individual is expected to continue to drive and forge relationships with existing clients. It requires a consultative approach, high relational skills and experience in sales. As a Core Account Executive, you will be responsible for existing accounts across the Chinese legal market as well as pitching new business leads.

It requires sales experience, strengthening existing relationships, retaining current spending, and generating new revenue by upselling multiple Chambers products. The position will contribute effectively within a high-performing team environment whilst holding a full quota for your book of business. It requires working across multiple stakeholders, dealing with frequent deadlines, and requires excellent organisational and time-management skills are a must. You will work flexibly in our Fleet Street office together with the rest of the Sales team on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and remotely for the rest of the week.

Responsibilities: Account management, managing and upselling your clients. Consultative approach, understanding the client’s needs and offering solutions from our portfolio. New business prospecting and conversion. Work autonomously with your book of clients, retaining accounts and upselling products.

Calling clients, pitching, presenting solutions and developing relationships with existing clients. Relationship building, researching, pitching and closing deals. Management of chambers WeChat account. Essential skills and qualifications: Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese advantageous but not essential).

Enjoyment of relationship building and account management. Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic, active listener with the ability to forge meaningful relationships. Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience, preferably tele sales or face to face. Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish.

Ability and desire to succeed Effective communication skills, written and spoken. Knowledge of Legal markets is advantageous. Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously to targets and to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
