A renowned international food wholesaler based in Surrey seeks a Sales Assistant to support the Salesperson for the major chain client. The company deals in East Asian food produce and serves the specialist Asian cash and carries, independent supermarkets and restaurants across London. They are now seeking an assistant to manage sales invoices, order processing and general customer service to their client. You will support one salesperson who is Sales Account Manager for the major chain client.
Salary: up to 25k level Type: Permanent, Full time, 09:00-17:30 (lunch time: 30 minutes) Location: Surrey Core duties Raising invoices and purchase orders Processing orders from clients/customers by phone and email Providing customer support and following up on order fulfilment with clients Supporting the salesperson Ideal candidate Strong communication skills Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills as you will need to review and process orders on Excel Native level of English Ideally able to speak Japanese, Korean, Cantonese or Mandarin (not essential)
