A great opportunity has arisen within a rapidly expanding international bank for an RISK OFFICER. The ideal candidate will have a strong all-round risk background, with experience and understanding of regulatory guidelines and controls. The purpose of the role will be to assist the Risk Manager in the handling and reporting of all non-credit risk issues. Duties to include: Assist Risk Manager in identifying and reporting and risk related issues Monthly and ad hoc risk reporting to Head Office Engage with the business and Head Office on risk related matters.
Liaise with the business in order to produce and submit MI on special risk management and thematic reviews Assist with updating/ reviewing risk manuals Assist with preparing the Operational Risk Management Committee meetings Assist with consolidating the RCSA Contribute to risk-related projects Applicants will demonstrate recent, relevant non-credit related risk experience (e. g. market risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, operation risk etc. ) together with strong analytical skills.
