A leading international law firm with offices in central London are currently seeking two Residential Property Paralegals on a permanent basis to join their busy and highly successful Residential Property team. The successful Residential Property Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to the experienced Solicitors within their Asia Pacific Team. With a focus on high quality residential property matter including: Sales and Purchases of prime London real estate – freehold and leasehold Off-plan development work Remortgaging Transfer of equity Shared ownership The successful Residential Property Paralegal will be responsible for duties such as: Duties will include: File opening AML compliance Dealing with administrative exchange formalities completion and post completion tasks Drafting financial statements and invoices Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms Archiving General administration tasks and the updating of internal and external systems Client contact (under supervision) The successful Residential Property Paralegal will offer the following skillset/background: Previous experience (ideally at least 12 months) of working as a Paralegal within a property department of a well respected City or Regional law firm – essential Ideally be bi-lingual – speaking Cantonese and/or Mandarin – not essential Ideally have your LPC Be pro-active with a strong work ethic Able to work under pressure Strong communication skills – written and verbal Be a keen team player This role would suit an experienced Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant who is keen to undertake more responsibility.
