They are now seeking a Admin Assistant to work within the Purchasing Department ensuring a smooth operation of our EPOS (Electronic Point of Sales) system. Supporting the Purchasing team, you will take responsibility for responding to all operational queries,and work closely with other Head Office departments and Store Management teams. You must have the:
* Ability to write and speak Mandarin or Cantonese is essential
* Previous experience in Purchasing or administration is desirable
* Good understanding of MS Excel – namely Vlookup, formulas and Pivot Table
* Excellent communication skills and a team player
