Duties: * Offer professional advice and assistance to thousands of tenants and landlords * Arranging pre-tenancy works * Ensure the tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish * Provide a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants * Be able to advise on all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, including financial, rental, and legal matters * Organise any necessary ongoing maintenance projects Requirements: * Mandarin or Cantonese speaking – both ideal * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Prior experience in a professional customer service environment is desirable but not essential. * Ability to problem solve * A passion for excellent customer service * Exceptional communication skills over a variety of platforms * Personable and positive, with the ability to work towards team success * A desire to do a good job is essential Package: * 24,000 to 32,000 DOE * Based in West London * Hybrid Working * 1st class training and development Apply ASAP!
