. . . Property Manager Duties:
* Manage a key portfolio within the department and be able to exhibit on growth and retention
* Offer your knowledge and expertise to guide landlords, tenants, and your team members
* Arrange pre-tenancy works, and ensure full onboarding is done before the tenancy begins
* Be able to advise on all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle.

Including financial, rental, and legal matters
* Proactively engage and organise necessary maintenance works to maintain a landlord’s asset . . Property Manager Profile:
* At least 0-6 months’ experience in a residential Property Manager role
* Mandarin/Cantonese speaking
* Strong organisational skills
* Strong communication skills: both verbal and written
* A willingness to learn and mentor
