We specialise in newly build developments, and we have deep partnerships with global and national property developers, including Galliard Homes and City & Docklands.
We look after 4500 homes across London and have 8 branches across the city, and two international offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. We’re always on the lookout for anyone passionate about helping us give best in class service to our property owners, residents, and partners. About the role Property Managers at LiFE have a varied role and are the point of contact for our residents, landlords and contractors. Working from our Canary Wharf office, you’ll have a target portfolio size of 135 and will work with your manager, team, and a whole range of departments across the business to make sure everyone gets a fantastic service from us.
Some of the things you’ll work on are: Working with contractors to get quotes for works, and then making sure the work is carried out Coordinating purchases, deliveries, exchanges and removals Managing new tenancies and renewals Deposit negotiations, returns and disputes Carry out periodic property inspections for your portfolio Assist on communication with Cantonese/mandarin speaking clients where necessary In exchange, were able to offer you genuine career progression to help build your skills and expertise in residential Property Management. Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin. Finally, you’ll need to have at least one years Property Management experience.
