This is a part time Office Management role, 20 hours per week for a Finance Firm in The City of London. Please ensure you have an Office Management background and looking for par time role before applying. Client Details My client is an East Asian Financial Services Investment Firm with offices in the City of London. Description Regular liaison with Head Office in Hong Kong and key client in New York Logging invoices received, scanning and emailing to HK office and external accountants Setting up payments in HSBC banking system, including payroll and HMRC Uploading monthly pension spreadsheet to our company pension provider Answering phones and screening cold calls Supplier liaison Facilities coordination Mobile phone contracts Managing the off-site storage Ordering of all stationery and supplies Expenses Travel booking Organising occasional client events worldwide Updating business travel spreadsheet with each trip booked Managing annual leave spreadsheet and HRIS system Answering any accounting queries received from the accountant and our head office Arranging couriers Dealing with presentations and presentation printing Looking after the company private healthcare scheme and taxable benefit Profile Previous experience in an office management role Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work on own initiative Happy to work remotely or in a small office environment Personable, approachable and helpful manner is essential Languages would be beneficial; especially Cantonese, Korean or European languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian) Experience of working in asset management or other financial services firm, and of working in a multi-cultural environment, advantageous but not essential Job Offer Competitive salary package Extremely flexible to work from home 8% Non-contributory pension 26 days annual holiday (pro-rated) Discretionary bonus BUPA Healthcare Medical expenses cover Life assurance Gym membership
