What You’ll be Doing Each Day: This role would be ideal for a candidate with some existing PA/EA/Private Secretary experience in the UK looking to take the next step in their career.

Managing business and personal correspondence; Preparing daily schedules, meeting briefings and related papers; Coordinating external business and private affairs, including arranging appointments and all relevant paperwork and logistics; Overseeing IT, office set-up and infrastructure changes, such as décor, display literature, and meeting rooms; Strategic oversight over all aspects of the UK office and activities; Assisting with event organisation on an ad hoc basis ranging from creating an invitation database to arranging the whole event and all related elements; Acting as a single point of contact to household staff and external advisors, including accountants, lawyers and other professional advisers; Acting as a liaison point between various professional organisations; Ensuring structures and processes are in place to optimise the efficiency of UK operations; Preparing reports, filing and organising documents, recording meeting minutes, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks; Managing and coordinating various projects related to UK business activities; Managing and coordinating special projects; Identifying and implementing improvements and modifications to clerical and administrative procedures in order to ensure the highest standards of clerical/administrative support to business activities. The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed: Mandarin/Cantonese and English fluent Excellent organisational skills; Ability to prioritise a complex and varied workload under tight deadlines; Ability to research and assess a wide range of evidence and draw well-informed conclusions and recommendations, reporting these in a clear and understandable format; Ability to influence and negotiate between multiple stakeholders, sometimes delivering difficult messages if required; Strong understanding of IT; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Willing to travel internationally when it is safe to do so.
