The firm has a number of Far East Clients and as such, it is essential that you are fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese for this particular role and you should have around 3 years PQE. You will deal with a broad range of commercial property work including development, refinancing and leases as well as some aspects of residential property for both Chinese and UK based clients.
