Your responsibilities
- Increase revenue through meeting the sales targets.
- Building a strong network of business relationships with prospects.
- Expert in the application of our solutions to industry use cases and our development plans.
- Responds to sales enquiries from prospects and confidently demonstrates all Lhasa solutions.
- Support the organisation of scientific workshops, participate in exhibitions, conferences, user group meetings and other such events
- Obtains feedback after evaluation to support the development of our solutions and improve our service delivery
- Visible external presence demonstrating and applying our solutions, e.g. videos on website, FAQs
- Identify data sharing opportunities (e.g. data donation, joint publications on the application of our solutions).
- Works closely with Marketing to act on demand, support lead generation activities and awareness of new opportunities and competitive threats.
Your skills and experience
Essential:
- Educated to a degree level in Chemistry or a related life science
- Experience of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Experienced scientific communicator who is able to explain complex scientific concepts to others
- Excellent interpersonal skills with sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to travel extensively
- Knowledge of toxicology, metabolism, degradation, and organic reaction mechanisms
- Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently without close supervision
- Acts as a role model within the Business Development Team and champions Lhasa values

- Experience in developing business that leads to increased revenue
