Due to rapid expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen within an international banking group based in Central London for a KYC / Quality Assurance Assistant with fluent Cantonese language skills. Candidates must be degree-educated (or equivalent) with at least 12 months retail banking experience. You will be responsible for responsible for conducting CDD/KYC checks on customers and ensuring that a comprehensive quality assurance process has been carried out. Duties to include: Conducting know-your-customer (“KYC”) reviews for existing clients Carrying out full KYC reviews on new to bank customers Ensuring customer data is inputted accurately into systems Responding to and investigating customer and payment screening alerts Building strong relationships with Compliance, Front Office and Operations To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, candidates must have previous retail banking experience with some exposure to KYC / Customer Due Diligence / Quality Assurance role.
Applicants must also demonstrate a sound understanding of retail banking products and services. Fluent Cantonese language skills are ESSENTIAL.
