Junior Recruitment Consultant – Internships & Graduate Trainees City Wharf Financial Recruitment is currently looking for 3 Interns to work with us as Junior Recruitment Consultants. This role can be full-time or part-time and the successful individuals will be recruiting for the financial markets. Created in 2004 and headquartered in Canary Wharf, London. As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will: • Search, source, and interview candidates, using multiple online and offline resources. • Manage your own network of candidates and clients. • Understand clients’ needs and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best talent solutions. • Opportunity to work with us full time as a Recruitment Consultant once you graduate or passed you initial internship period.
Your profile: • You are currently graduating or recently graduated in the last 12 months with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. • Some knowledge of general Finance, Cryptocurrency. Blockchain would be a plus. • You can work at least 3 full days per week. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Self-directed and happy to work with limited supervision. • Energetic and eager to take on new projects and ideas. • Entrepreneurial and ability to think outside the box. • Language skills are desirable; Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic or a European, language is an asset.
