Job description Responsible for the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preparing remuneration proposals Familiar with various UK recruitment platforms Work closely with the Supervisor to review, design, and develop different recruitment strategies and assess hiring efficiency. Manage employee’s life cycle and maintain staff records Handle compensation and benefits administration, including monthly payroll, medical, insurance renewal, and salary review. Handle office administrative duties Manage and execute ad-hoc HR projects as assigned. Work from home is acceptable Qualification Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines Minimum 5 years relevant experience with hands-on experience in recruitment.

Good command of both written and spoken English Speaking Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferable Working experience in Internet/IT industry is essential Well versed in UK Employment Law and other related regulations Detail-minded, flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
