Ref: 20318 Your New Job Title: HR & Admin Executive (Mandarin or Cantonese preferred) The Skills You’ll Need: Relevant HR experience with excellent English writing and speaking skills Your New Salary: 28-30k Location: East London Job status: Permanent Summary: To support Europe HR&A Manager to maintain the routine operation and smooth running of the HR & Admin Function What You’ll be Doing Each Day: Assist HR&A Manager to work with functional managers and external agencies on recruitment activities and provide support candidate selection. Screen and process applications and organise interviews for vacancies, including booking rooms and liaising with candidates and managers. Complete the personnel files for new employees with the appropriate paperwork, including right to work documentation and references. Provide orientation programme to new hires and organise all other requirements relating to new employees, such as staff badge, ID card and Health and Safety inductions.

Support off boarding activity from resignation to exit. Create, maintain and update staff records in HRIS system, including personal data, job data, leave records, and etc. Regularly review and maintain employee benefits programmes and communicate to staff, manage operations on an on-going basis Actively promote company’s Corporate Culture cross all functions Organise and follow up on Learning & Development initiatives Provide assistance to functional managers on staff coaching and discipline Manage employee grievances and counselling, and conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the company at hearings. Assist HRA Manager to review and management of all HR Policies, procedures, staff handbooks, contracts and other HR documentation as required in line with business growth and legislative changes to ensure compliance and best practice Organise company activities, including team building activities, ER activities, volunteer activities, annual internal staff communication event and etc.

Prepare monthly HRA reports, such as headcount report, recruitment report, L&D report and organisation chart, to Managing Director of Europe, and HQ related functions. Provide support on office admin related operations. Perform ad hoc project as assigned The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed: A proven track record of working in a fast-paced HR role; experience within a FMCG or a commercial environment would be ideal Be educated to university degree level or equivalent in HR or Management related discipline Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business Experience in providing accurate and confident HR advice whilst business partnering with stakeholders at all levels on matters including performance, absence, disciplinary and re-organisations Have a high attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and prioritise a number of conflicting and demanding workloads Experience of coordinating or participating in HR & admin projects Proactive with team work spirit Able to work under pressure and abide by deadlines Proficiency in spoken and written English; Mandarin or Cantonese desirable but not essential Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
