Position Title: Global Operations Manager Reports to: Head of Logistics Key Relationships: Internal – Operations Team, Sales & Customer Success, Customer Service Team External – Couriers, Freight Forwarding Partners, Warehouse Partners Job Purpose: Reporting to the Head of Logistics, the Global Ops Manager will direct and develop a diverse team of global professionals with responsibilities ranging from Courier, Warehouse Fulfillment, and Cross-Border Logistics Operations, while coordinating daily operations with Easyship’s network of partners. Manage global network of 3PL and carrier partners; hold partners accountable to service KPIs Support international business growth: manage multi-party shipping solutions that combine freight, brokerage, and last-mile courier partners Build cost modeling tools for shipping solutions Prepare bulk shipment quotes & manage freight bookings for clients Other business support duties as needed: track and trace shipments, recap weekly/monthly performance, customer/client support, and more Serve as point of contact for clients and external partners; identify problems and implement resolutions in a timely fashion Identify savings opportunities, implement process changes, and measure and report results Support Easyship platform and system development and implementation Skills & Personal Qualities: 5-6 years of experience working in the e-commerce supply chain; Project management a plus Team and people management experience required Freight forwarding and/or customs brokerage experience a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers, lead conversations/meetings and influence others Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings Strong MS Excel skills required Language skills: Required: high proficiency in English (verbal & written) Not required, but helpful: Cantonese and Mandarin What We Offer: We offer opportunities that will challenge you to solve real business problems, innovate, and grow in ways that you can’t imagine.
