FP&A Manager- Cantonese/ Mandarin speaker Based in SW London Salary: up to 90,000 per annum An exciting time to join a FTSE Listed company and help shape their future growth. This is a new position, and the FP&A will be responsible for a portfolio of 22 companies worldwide. The position is working from the office location. Key Responsibilities Reviewing Global Board and Committee company papers and highlighting issuesand approvals for directors Building and maintaining financial models tracking performance of global companies against budget and acquisition models Liaising with Finance department and the secretary department in Hong Kong Liaising with CFOs and other General Managers as necessary (including UK, Australia, Canada and Europe) Monitoring monthly operational, health & safety performance etc.

Management of monthly report for senior executive committee Assisting senior members with analysis as required Analysis of annual budgets Annual review of executive remuneration at portfolio companies Review of organic growth opportunities Preparation of business performance power presentations Role will involve limited overseas travel Person Specification Experience working in an international environment or dealing with various cultures in a business environment. Likely to have 10 years relevant work experience Knowledge of infrastructure investments, e. g. : Utility regulation/ Electricity contracting desirable Broad financial skills – accounting, financial modeling, DCF analysis Advanced PowerPoint presentation and Excel skills Management of a team Cantonese/Mandarin, while not essential, would be a definite advantage Comfortable with handling multiple reporting requirements against tight deadlines Highly organised and competent at multi-tasking and prioritising Strong analytic and commercial skills Exceptional Microsoft office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Exceptional presentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal; High degree of integrity and confidentiality; High standards of accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and unsupervised with a degree of flexibility towards working hours and tasks assigned; Professional qualification in infrastructure investment activities (M&A, Private Equity, Corporate) is desirable
