Finance Manager 65,000 – 80,000 London Our client is an Asia-Pacific based, professional services firm. They are seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of the Finance function for their UK division. The role will report into the Head Office senior Finance members as well as being a main point of contact both internally and externally with other offices around Asia. The Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of technical finance and contribute significantly to the companies’ growth.
The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant with exposure to Property investment. Responsibilities Responsible for full financial management and growth in the UK division of the firm Reviewing all financial research and data and creating financial reports based on these Producing of monthly reporting, expenditure, ensuring these are held to an accurate and high standard for each asset Liaising with support management with regards to development of the firm’s long-term plans Leading all debt financing activities Working externally with regards to tax procedures, as well as tax filings and returns Key Requirements ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified accountant Experience within a property manager or developer, with strong understanding of Real Estate Technical knowledge, including IFRS, GAAP, Excel, and any other systems are advantageous Experience of transaction tax Analytically minded, able to apply logical to issues Any knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese language would be advantageous If you are currently working in the real estate industry and are looking for your next step up into a Property firm, be sure to apply asap to secure an interview!
