We are looking for two enthusiastic Chinese speaking individual with a strong administration background to join our Head Office on a permanent basis. Successful candidate will be someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the retail and/or logistics industry. Position : Facilities Assistant Location : Tottenham (N17) Contract : Full time, Permanent No. of vacancies : 2 Salary: 22,000 per annum, depending on experience Benefits : 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), staff discount, pension scheme About the Role As a Facilities Assistant, you will work closely with the Office Manager, assist with ad hoc duties in the Facilities department, peforming office administrative duties, and support different departments in the Head Office when needed.

Duties include but not limited to: Carry out hands-on tasks such as stock count and tools maintenance Maintain facilities repairs log sheets and records Process Zendesk requests in a timely manner Arrange repairs, contractor service visits, and manage schedules as required Source and obtain quotations for equipments and tools as instructed by senior management Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate department Receive and respond to emails using Microsoft outlook Carry out daily ad hoc duties such as data entry and maintenance of filing systems Ensure that office supplies are kept at an ideal level at all times Support other departments when required Undertake any other reasonable activity, as may be required by senior management Requirements: Previous administrative experience in a face-paced environment Knowledge in logistics and/or facilities is desirable Ability to speak Mandarin / Cantonese is desirable Excellent computer skills, especially knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook Attentive to details and excellent time management skills Ability to prioritise and multi-task when needed Approachable and has a can-do attitude Must have the legal right to work in the UK (without sponsorship)
