Customer Support Representative – Fintech Our client, a global leader in the finance industry, is seeking for a number of highly motivated and technically astute individuals to join their busy customer support team based in the City of London. Candidates should have fluent language skills in one of the following languages: German, French, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese or Mandarin. You will be in charge of the installation, connection, hardware management and workflow support for a broad range of clients operating in industries such as Capital Markets, Asset Management and Financial Services. Relevant qualifications are not a requirement as an intensive 8 week training will be provided, however a demonstrable interest in technology or financial markets is crucial. Building a rapport with clients is also an essential part of the role and applicants must have very strong communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
