A well-established international banking group based in central London is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with fluent Cantonese language skills to join their team on a six-month contractual period. Working in-branch, you will be responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager with overseeing the day-to-day customer service operations of the branch, ensuring an excellent service is delivered to customers at all times. Duties to include: Leading a team of cashiers, providing support, direction, coaching and coordination Liaising with and supporting department heads within retail banking to ensure the retail function operates smoothly and a seamless service is delivered to customers Ensuring that compliance processes, regulatory requirements and internal standards are followed Monitor, develop and review operational procedures Ensure end of day cash reconciliation is completed with cashiers Providing cashier cover when needed Review transactions for accuracy Produce monthly reports As a Customer Service Supervisor, your skills and qualifications will include: Proven experience in retail banking A background of supervising staff in a customer facing role, where high standards of customer service are paramount A broad knowledge of banking products, services and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese Excellent problem-solving skills This vacancy is being advertised by Montpellier Resourcing Limited.
