A fantastic opportunity has arisen in an international bank in Central London for a Customer Service Representative with fluent CANTONESE language skills. Applicants must possess a minimum of one years’ experience in a customer facing / cashiering role, ideally gained within a banking group or financial services company. Duties to include: To provide all cashier services and handle cash accurately To provide existing and potential customers the best experience at the Bank To provide quality customer services in accordance with the Bank’s policy and procedures Conduct KYC reviews Customer Service Administration: completing and inputting data, making amendments to on-screen/manual records Ensuring that information provided is accurate and to the quality expected by the bank. Completing set tasks and meeting deadlines Ad-hoc duties as and when require.
Applicants MUST be fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese. You must have a strong customer service focus with a keen attention. You will ideally be educated to degree level (2:1 or above) or equivalent, have experience in financial services and be competent with MS Office including Excel and Word.
