Community Aid Network (CAN) & Shield Contact Tracing Customer Service Advisor. FIX TERM CONTRACT TILL MARCH 2021 To work in fast pace CAN & Shield Contact Centre that operates Monday to Sunday 9( 5 days out of 7) . To deliver excellent service to residents contacting the Councils CAN & SHIELD and Covid19 Contact Tracing services by telephone, web, email and other channels, aiming to provide an efficient and accurate service. CAN & Shield Customer Service Advisors will advise on a diverse range of CAN & Shield services and partnership services resolving at the first point of contact wherever possible and ensuring council services interface seamlessly with other council office departments.

You will engage with residents through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), web, email, face to face, SMS and written correspondence. You will be expected to have excellent IT, residents service and communication skills and will acquire detailed knowledge of Hammersmith and Fulham services ensuring services interface seamlessly with other council departments , delivering excellent standards of customer care and consistent high-quality information and advice on aspects of all the services provided. Skills Required • Excellent telephone manner and enthusiastic attitude to customers and staff alike • Commercial aptitude and salesmanship • Comfortable making outbound calls to new and existing customers • Able to multitask and work efficiently • Excellent attention to detail • Fast learner • Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic • Calm under pressure • Good written English skills • Very fast typing speed Finer Details • Remote working need sufficient space and set up and internet access • working between 8am – 6pm Monday to Sunday – (5 out of 7 days) working 1 weekend each month • Looking strong Customer services • must be able to interview at some stage latter part of next week and start within a week • need to check on attendance /sickness record • centre is open all over Christmas – closed Christmas day but need candidates that happy to work with no major holidays • Languages highly desirable – Arabic, customer services , French. Spanish, Polish, Bengali.
