Customer Service Agent – Mandarin and Cantonese Location: Work From Home Hours: 8am – 6pm. Mon – Fri Rate: 13.50 per hour = 28,00 per annum – pro rata Duration: 3 weeks Start date: 26 October 2022 Are you a customer service superstar, interested in providing first line support for our businesses and our customers in China who have potentially been affected by a data breach?. You will be in charge of The helpline, providing advisory services to the businesses or customers affected, making sure you capture, log and process caller’s details, using a comprehensive list of FAQ’s About the role: Responsible for call handling of incoming customer phone calls related to the Client’s data breach. Displaying a positive, empathetic, and courteous attitude toward our products, services, rates, and customers at any given time.
Excellent communication in Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken) Active listening and understanding customer needs and queries to service the customer effectively and efficiently. Recording contact details and a description of their enquiry. Provide a respectful interaction with other Agents, supervisors and personnel. Following the call scripts provided.
