InMoment, formerly known as MaritzCX, is looking to recruit articulate, client-focused, professional telephone interviewers to work a variety of morning, afternoon, and early evening shifts (depending on the type of project), from the comfort of your own home. Applicants must have a quiet place to work, have their own laptop or desktop computer with a broadband connection and a phone number to accept incoming calls. This would be at no additional cost to you. Candidates must be residents and qualified to work within the UK.
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required. Customer Service experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person. Full training is provided Shifts are made available and allocated on a weekly basis. Wherever possible, we do ask for a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
Our pay rate is 8.91 ph, plus holiday pay. For those who qualify, we do have a pension scheme available. High-performing agents will also have opportunities to progress within our organization. If you are successful, your role as a Telephone Interviewer will involve carrying out customer satisfaction research on behalf of our clients, with NO selling involved.
There will be an immediate start for successful applicants.
