An opportunity has arisen at a dynamic and highly regarded legal team in the City of London. They are looking for a paralegal with hands-on experience in property law. If the individual is successful with this role, there is the possibility of obtaining a trainee contract. TYPE : Permanent SALARY: 30k (depending on experience) START: ASAP LOCATION: London VISA: Work permit can be provided for the right candidate Main Responsibilities: Provide full customer support Coordinate communications internally and externally Maintain clients’ files Maintain client data bases Organize marketing and logistics for seminars and events Translate various documents (Mandarin and Cantonese) as required Ideal candidate: The holder of this position should be fluent in written and spoken English as well as Mandarin and Cantonese.
Requirement Law degree or legal qualification Experience in property law, ideally residential A proven ability to liaise and communicate confidently with corporate clients Outstanding customer service skills Ability to organize events and work under pressure Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with other staff Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and orally Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese High level of computer literacy in Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Power-Point If your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.
