Cantonese Speaking Sales Negotiator – Real Estate Location: London Our client is a start-up real estate agency who target Cantonese speaking clients from Hong Kong who is looking to relocate to the United Kingdom in 2021. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, sales-driven, good team player to join a growing team in London. Experience in selling property is essential combined with a track record of outstanding customer service. This role is based in London but there may be a requirement to travel occasionally to other locations in and around London. Due to the pandemic, you will be working from home with high flexibility. Responsibilities: Conducting professional viewings of new homes and show homes Understanding the Company’s concept and qualifying customers to identify good prospects Following leads daily to secure appointments Conducting follow up calls or emails to encourage revisits and sales Maintaining relationships with customers through regular review contact Assist in the property brochure preparation process, and generally form part of, and support, the sales team Support the Head of Department in meeting targets To secure additional business for the office by meticulous management of the vendor and applicant database. Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities To attend and assist with pitches A focus and drive for meeting and exceeding sales targets at all times Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships with both clients and buyers Experience in speaking to solicitors and good knowledge of the residential sales conveyancing process Empathetic with clients’ needs and a wish to offer unparalleled client care Skills and experience required: Excellent verbal and presentation skills in Cantonese and English Track record in achieving sales targets regularly Experience in property sales Consultative selling style – this is not a hard sell but at the same time the ability to close is important The ability to work unsupervised whilst being a team player is important Attention to detail Self-motivated, friendly, and engaging Team player, confident with clients and purchasers, organized and reliable Adaptable and positive telephone manner Energetic and able to think on your feet, enthusiastic If you are interested, please send your CV TODAY.
