To see more Chinese jobs please follow us on WeChat: teamchinapf AND pfteamchina Ref: 21136 Your New Job Title: Cantonese speaking Risk Associate (non-Credit Risk) Your New Salary: up to 35k depending on experience Location: Central London What You’ll be Doing Each Day: Liaise with all departments for timely submission of periodical MI reports in relation to Special Risk Management and respective thematic review or projects Assist Senior Risk Officer and Section Head on Special Risk Management handling, reporting and relevant issues related to risks. Ensure that risk incidents from all departments are consolidated and that monthly reporting of risk incidents and related data to Head Office is prepared accurately and promptly. Ensure that ad hoc reporting of risk incidents to Head Office is carried out and promptly when necessary. Assist Senior Risk Officer and Section Head to conduct update/ review on risk manuals (eg.

Operational Risk, Legal Risk, market risk, liquidity risk, interest rate risk etc.) no less than annually. Assist Senior Risk Officer and Section Head to prepare the Operational Risk Management Committee (ORMC) monthly meeting. Assist Senior Risk Officer and Section Head in consolidating the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA). Prepare MI on risks and review all daily risk reports related to Special Risk Management Engage in ad-hoc projects of the Bank that are related to new/changes in banking rules and regulations.

Coordinate and arrange departmental tasks Provide cover on credit related tasks and reporting Communicate closely with all departments and Head Office on risk related matters. The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed: Essential skills: Fluent Cantonese and English in speaking and written Banking experience for non-credit risk High level of analysis skills on non-credit risk functions including but not limited to market risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, operation risk and other risks Computer literate (good knowledge of MS Office suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint) University Graduate or Relevant Professional Qualification Desirable skills: An understanding of the current regulatory regime applicable to banking institutions Background of operating and managing within a control environment and compliance with operating procedures and risk policies The ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal and influencing skills Have good judgment, sound business sense and the ability to make decisions Please view all our Chinese jobs at http://www.people-first.co.uk Please follow us on Linkedin: people-first-team-china We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
