Up to 30,000 plus bonus and benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading international bank as they seek An experienced customer service representative to join their team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers throughout their visit to the bank, and will provide efficient and accurate cashier services. Fluent Cantonese is essential for this role. Duties of the Bank Cashier to include: Handle all cash accurately, ensuring cash services are completed efficiently and properly.
Recognize and read customers’ needs and utilize opportunities to develop new business for the Bank and contribute to sales targets. Accurately input data onto the system and make amendments to records where necessary. Understanding the products and services available and being able to explain these to customers. Provide relevant support and information for any customer queries and be able to resolve and complaints.
Ensuring all procedures are happening in compliance with the bank’s policy and procedures. This includes ensuring customers sign necessary agreements. Requirements for the successful Bank Cashier candidate: Fluent Cantonese and English language skills is ESSENTIAL. Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of opening new accounts, bank products, cash handling and accounting terminology.
