Duties & Responsibilities: The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for collecting clients requirements, analysis, and transferring those to functional requirement. Assisting Managers and Designers to coordinate projects, schedules and reporting of any issues. Managing, controlling and monitoring of daily projects. Coordinating and liaising with sub-contractors, third parties, and other internal teams.
Preparation of weekly progress reports for project teams and client’s records. Assisting with other ad-hoc assignments. Experience & Skills needed: Excellent spoken and written English, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese/Cantonese. Ideally some Project coordination or management experience.
Ideally degree educated in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline Knowledge of warehouse operation/solution design in logistics/3PLwould be advantageous.
