Reconciliation of sales from the ordering system bank account postings and reconciliations Invoice approvals and investigations Creditors reconciliation and payment of suppliers Debtors reconciliation and reconciliation of receipts from payment gateways VAT reconciliation and payments Assisting with monthly management accounts Prepare depreciation schedule Prepare monthly cash flow forecast Post journal entries Other ad hoc duties initially stay in north London HQ office, within half year, HQ office will be moved to central or west London office Key knowledge, skills and experience required: Part qualified ACCA, CGMA or qualified by experience with a finance degree Previous working knowledge in an accounting environment of Xero an advantage. Good knowledge in VAT Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Excel functions Good communicator Good relationship builder Organised & efficient time manager Mandarin/Cantonese speaker is bonus but not essential
