As a self-employed mortgage and insurance adviser, you will be responsible for sourcing your own leads and building your own client bank.
Although we may provide some enquiries from our existing customer base, this should not be relied upon. Key Responsibilities: Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice in compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority regulations Use systems such as Mortgage Brain and Criteria Hub to assist with your role Meet annual continuing professional development (CPD) requirements to maintain competency Qualifications & Requirements: CeMAP certification Willingness to undergo a reference and credit check procedure Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships Remuneration: We offer a unique high commission-based earnings model , allowing you to maximize your earning potential. You will receive a percentage of commissions and administration fees generated from the mortgages and insurance you write, with the opportunity to earn additional passive income from referrals. We expect our advisers to earn at least 50,000 per annum on their first year.
Flexibility & Training: As a self-employed adviser, you have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work from the comfort of your home. However, some travel may be required to meet with clients, introducers, seminars or attend training. You will receive support and guidance from experienced team members to ensure your success in the role. This is a full-time, permanent, or freelance position offering unlimited earning potential and a dynamic work environment.
